The Secret to Maximum Productivity? Balance

In today’s hyper-connected, high-speed world, many of us are constantly concerned with keeping up with our schedules, meeting goals & deadlines, and trying to cram as much into one day as possible. While long hours, caffeine, and no sleep will give you more time, they won’t translate into more productivity. In my recent visit with Inc. Magazine, I discuss how sometimes stepping away and creating balance can get you much further. While this seems counter-intuitive, it will actually produce positive results.
